LungLink empowers physicians and providers to strengthen the quality of their care plans for patients with chronic lung disease by providing Bluetooth connected blood oxygen and lung function monitoring as well as monthly care connections by licensed LungLink Respiratory Therapists between their regularly scheduled visits.

Position Summary:

The Bilingual LungLink Clinical Navigator (Spanish) plays a key role in delivering connected respiratory care by interpreting lung function and blood oxygen data transmitted through the LungLink app. This position emphasizes both clinical precision and compassionate, patient-centered engagement. As part of a multidisciplinary team, the Bilingual LungLink Clinical Navigator collaborates with providers and care teams to help execute care protocols for patients with chronic respiratory conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and interpret real-time spirometry and SpO₂ data via the LungLink platform.
  • Identify trends, escalate abnormal findings, and document clinical insights.
  • Communicate with patients to reinforce care plans, answer clinical questions, and ensure engagement.
  • Coordinate with primary and specialty care practices to support protocol-based decision making.
  • Review patient trends monthly and contribute to care summary documentation.
  • Document patient progress and interaction within the electronic medical record.
  • Adhere to HIPAA, CMS, and internal privacy and documentation standards.
  • Support the development and refinement of LungLink protocols and workflows.
  • Mentor new staff and provide peer support as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

To qualify, candidates must meet all of the following:

  • Be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in good standing, licensed in at least one

U.S. state.

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience working as a respiratory therapist in a clinical setting
  • Pass the Canopy or equivalent Spanish language proficiency exam (QBS) within 30 days of start.
  • Upon passing, eligible for immediate promotion (Additional $5000 per year & additional 40 hours PTO)

Preferred Skills and Qualities:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable using digital tools and telehealth platforms
  • Compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with value-based care, chronic disease management, RPM (Remote Patient Monitoring), and remote therapeutic monitoring.
